I’m a Director at London-based social media agency FreshNetworks. I work with brands and organisations to help them understand how social media and technologies can make a real difference to them and to how they engage with people.
Recently I have helped:
- Telefónica build a business-focused social strategy, train 50,000 staff across six countries, and understand how social can have impact across the current business
- Sage take social media from experimentation to a core part of their businesses product, brand and communications strategies
- Develop a new social business for a client in the pet industry, developing the concept, building communities and creating one of the most engaging Facebook pages in the UK in just 12 months
- The Greater London Authority and the Mayor of London design and launch a new way to engage with people living across the city
I speak regularly about consumer and brand behaviour in social media at conferences, in the press and on TV and radio.
